Rezoning and Variance Request Information
The Rezoning or Variance request procedure is a sixty to ninety day process. Both the Planning Commission and the Cumming City Council must review each request.
Applicants must provide all information as stated on the application, in the order shown. Rezoning Application and Variance Application can also be picked up at the Planning and Zoning office (first floor of Cumming City Hall, 100 Main Street).
Your request will be heard the following month; make sure all information is correctly submitted and the appropriate fee is paid.
